WV LISI is a program developed by Meta Energy Advisors with a goal to provide 10,000 West Virginia families free solar & battery with no credit check required. Providing solar energy to your home at a rate that is always less than your current electric provider. The program begins when a homeowner enters into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Meta Energy Advisors.
Power Power Purchase Agreement (PPA):
Allows someone to harvest solar energy on their roof top through a third party. The homeowner agrees to purchase the energy the system creates but does not own the system or have any responsibility to maintain it.
