The architect of the Low Income Solar Initiative (LISI), Ken’s background in renewable energy began over 15 years ago when he founded one of the largest LED lighting companies in Colorado. Leveraging his experience Ken has assembled a nationwide team of experts to bring solar energy to WV. Parents to 3 grown boys, Ken & his wife Suzi live in Morgantown with their cat Andy.
Chief Capital Officer
An industry leader in renewable energy tax credit monetization, Walter holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business and has nearly 20 years of experience working in sustainable energy for giants like Tesla and Sunpower. Walter is an adjunct professor at Northern Arizona University, sharing his renowned expertise in solar with the next generation. An Eagle Scout and loving father of four children (three boys and one girl), he lives in Scottsdale, AZ.
Chief Sales Officer
Experienced sales & management professional who has worked for some of the largest and most successful solar companies in America. Carl has been involved with over 500 MW of solar development in the last 4 years, specializing in new products and under utilized markets. He lives in Onion Creek, TX with his wife Kaylie and their dogs Bamboo & Rolo.
Chief Legal Counsel
A Partner at Coleman Greenberg Business Law, Mick holds a law degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business. He has spent 20 years helping renewable energy companies turn their projects into reality. Mick is experienced in all legal aspects of the industry, including power purchase agreements, tax credit financing, bank financing, government financing, and project sales. He has helped raise hundreds of millions of dollars to finance renewable energy projects throughout the country.
Operations Director
An adept electrical engineer with extensive experience in project management for remote solar companies. He navigates interconnection applications and permits across multiple states in the US. With experience working with major utilities as well on processing interconnection applications for commercial and industrial customers. In his free time Joshua enjoys playing chess and watching The Big Bang Theory.
Director of Sales Operations
Residential & commercial solar sales & operations professional with over 10 years experience throughout the solar value chain working for industry leaders Sun Power, Freedom Solar, & GAF Energy. Self described “solar nerd” with genuine enthusiasm for renewable technologies & how they can help underserved communities. An avid mountain biker, and Eagle Scout Kevin lives in Ft. Collin’s, CO with his girlfriend Shay & their two dogs.
Head of Marketing
A multifaceted professional with extensive experience in sustainability solutions, insurance, business management, government relations, sport and healthcare. Lopez has a knack for creating custom solutions partnered with novel implementation strategies. Tommy 2 is a graduate of West Virginia University and also attended Marshall University. He was a member of the varsity football team at both universities. He is the proud father of 3 children. A lifelong West Virginian, Lopez resides in Harrison County with his family, along with his dog, Diesel, and cat, Lucky.
O&M Manager
Kaylie Harrison started the first five years of her almost decade long career in solar at SunPower. She then helped create one of the first dedicated solar operations and maintenance companies in Northern California, Solar Connect LLC. Most recently she worked as a project manager at Canadian Solar in their E-Storage division, overseeing the construction and activation of utility scale energy storage installations. Kaylie lives in Austin, TX with her husband and their two dogs.

A 21 year West Virginia Army National Guard Retired Army Engineer Officer. Josh has served across the globe managing projects and exercises with the Army, DOD, Army Corps of Engineers and partner nations. His Army Engineer background and vision bring great project management skills to benefit customers in their energy management opportunities. Josh is a West Virginia native and lives in Morgantown with his wife, Nora and dog, Abe.

Award winning sales professional with over 25 year of experience working for startups, Fortune 500 companies & everything in between. Tim has been an innovator and leader in residential solar sales for the past 6 years. Enthusiastic about training young sales reps & passing knowledge to the next generations. Tim is a proud father of 5, he lives in San Antonio, TX with his wife Monica.

A dynamic Project Manager and Interconnection Specialist with multiple years of hands-on experience in managing solar projects. She is known for delivering projects on time and optimizing interconnection processes. She communicates with homeowners throughout the project, making sure the homeowners are well-informed and updated. With a passion for driving results and a commitment to excellence.

A Certified Public Accountant, Larry plays a pivotal role in advancing renewable energy projects. He oversees a fund dedicated to allocating tax credits, ensuring their strategic distribution to support initiatives like those led by Meta Energy. He excels in assembling meticulous tax credit valuations, harmonizing them with project costs, and efficiently dispersing funds where they're needed most.
